If you have any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus please rearrange your
appointment.
Customers must attend appointment alone.
Every customer will be required to sanitise hands upon arrival to
the salon and on departure, using the hand sanitizer provided.
We will take your temperature upon arrival using a contactless
thermometer. If your temperature is 38 degrees Celsius or above we
will not be able to perform your services and will have to rebook
your services for at two weeks in the future.
Services will take place in every other section to maintain a safe
distance between each customer.
A clean gown and towels will be given to each customer.
All Staff will be wearing masks and visors whilst performing
services, customers are also required to wear a mask in the salon.
If you are exempt from wearing a mask please let a member of the
team know.
All staff will be required to adhere to the strict hygiene policies
that have been put in place.
We have installed Perspex screens in between basins and at the
reception desk.
We will not be offering refreshments for the time being.
If you require any retail products your stylists will get them for
you. You will not be able to take the products from the shelves
yourself.
All equipment will be sterilised before and after every use.
All towels and gowns will be washed before and after every use, as
always.
There will no longer be magazines available at the salon but please
feel free to use our digital magazine service.
All sections will be sanitised after every customer.
Card payments are the preferred method of payment but we are still
accepting cash.
